Final Sale: All digital gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital code is delivered to the email address or account provided, it cannot be returned.
Verification: You are responsible for ensuring the delivery information (email/phone) is accurate. We are not liable for codes sent to the wrong destination due to user error.

Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback for a delivered code will result in an immediate account ban and potential legal action to recover funds.

Third-Party Issuers: We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with the brands whose gift cards we sell. Gift cards are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the issuer (e.g., Amazon, Apple, Steam).
Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation: In no event shall Ployiperks be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
